Whoopsie! Gourmet Whoopie Pies

We are a mother and daughter team, one in Virginia and one in Maine, that have enjoyed making whoopie pies for as long as we can remember.  Our take on the classic treat is to give it a modern gourmet twist.  We love to combine flavors and create the most decadent gourmet desserts.  Our whoopie pies have no shortening or powdered sugar...we use organic eggs, butter, demarara sugar, madagascar vanilla and the best chocolate we could find. From there, we create delectable flavors like ginger cakes with bourbon cream, dark brown sugar walnut cakes with almond cream, decadent chocolate cakes with peppermint cream and bananas foster cakes with rum cream just to name a few.
