Exhibiting Expectations

 

  • Setup for Thursday's Grand Tasting is from 3pm-5:30pm; Setup for Saturday Marketplace is from 8am-11am
  • All tables MUST be ready by 5:30pm on Thursday and 11:30am on Saturday
  • Event times: Thursday's Grand Tasting is from 6pm-8:30pm; Saturday's Marketplace (2 sessions) is from 12pm-2:30pm & 4pm-6:30pm
  • Cost for exhibitors at Saturday Marketplace includes both sessions
  • There can be NO open flame; sterno IS permitted
  • Any heating, cooling or storage is the responsibility of the exhibitor
  • Exhibitor is responsible for all serving supplies
  • This is a food & wine, beer & spirits event; you are highly encouraged to educate and excite the public about your product through tastings and demonstrations 
  • Participation at both Saturday sessions is required with adequate samplings in each session (Projected 2,000 attendees per session)
  • Projected 500 attendees for Thursday's Grand Tasting
  • Exhibitors must provide complimentary alcohol/food samples for projected attendance in accordance with Maine state liquor laws
