Information for Exhibitors

Last October's inaugural Harvest on the Harbor event was a great success with more than 3,000 attendees welcomed over the three day event. The festival exceeded all expectations, was named Coastal Living Magazine’s choice for one of the Top Ten Seafood & Wine Festivals in the US and earned Governor Baldacci’s Award for Tourism Excellence. This year, with the help of a marketing grant from the Maine Office of Tourism and sponsors like Hannaford Bros., Down East Magazine and WHOM Radio we are investing over $200,000 marketing dollars on Harvest on The Harbor and anticipate over 5,000 attendees over the three day event.

On Saturday October 24th, we want to invite you join us and help us showcase Maine’s culinary expertise at our Food and Wine Marketplace, open 12 – 4 pm, at Portland’s Ocean Gateway. This is your chance to showcase your business, educate, provide samples and connect with an estimated 4,000 attending “Foodies” from Maine and beyond.

Marketplace exhibitors have the opportunity to submit a special deal to be added to the Harvest “Passport to Savings” to encourage Marketplace attendees to come back and connect with you. As an exhibiting participant of Harvest on the Harbor you can also market a special tasting or event at your business and have this posted on HarvestOnTheHarbor.com.

This year’s Food & Wine Marketplace will feature:
