Who's Cooking

Maine chefs and restaurants have been gaining national attention for several years now. Maine restauranteurs are proud to be part of the burgeoning farm-to-table movement, using fish, meat, organic produce, and locally grown fruit from our very own farmers, fishermen, and suppliers. When you add “bold and innovative” to “fresh and local,” you’ve described the spirit of Greater Portland’s restaurant scene and its talented chefs. Check out the chefs that cooked at the 2011 Harvest on the Harbor. If you are interested in cooking in 2012, please contact Ally Goddard (email) agoddard@visitportland.com (phone) 207-772-4994 x 231.
