Who's Presenting

In 2011, Maine's prestigious and talented chefs were joined by an array of nationally acclaimed experts to wine, dine, educate, and entertain attendees at Harvest on the Harbor. Chefs, cookbook authors, and culinary instructors demonstrated techniques, shared stories and educated the audiences. At Saturday's Savory Samplings at The Marketplace, attendees learned about making chocolates, buying sword fish and how to make healthy blueberry soda.
