OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCE OF WINNING. SIMPLY REGISTER FOR EMAIL UPDATES BELOW. Entries must be received no later than midnight, August 15, 2010. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age. Employees of Pace Communications, Inc., US Airways, Greater Portland Convention & Visitors Bureau, all contest sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on August 16, 2010. Only one entry per person is allowed. Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email and will be required to sign an affidavit and provide proof of eligibility within 21 days of notification. Federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited by law, and all federal, state, and local laws apply. Prizes are non-refundable, are non-transferable, are not redeemable in cash, and may not be substituted. *Round-trip airfare for two included. Local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All meals, taxes, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value of the prize package is $1,400. The actual value of the prize package will be determined by the departure city of the winner. The winner will receive a 1099 IRS tax form. Additional rules may apply.
US Airways: Travel must occur within the continental United States to and from any of the US Airways destinations. Round-trip airfare for two must be booked for the same location and travel dates. Travel must be booked 4 weeks in advance of departure date and by February 16, 2011.
Portland Harbor Hotel: Hotel accommodations are for two consecutive nights between October 1, 2010 and May 31st, 2011, but some restrictions apply.
