Winter Point Oysters are grown in a tidal cove in West Bath, Maine.   The land surrounding the lease site has been a family owned salt water farm for over 300 years. The combination of clean cold ocean water and marine clay makes Winter Point Oysters very salty, clean, crisp and always sweet.   The oysters will be opened by the growers themselves, John Hennessey and Ryan Curran.
