Chef Al Hynes is an accomplished chef with over twenty-five years of experience. He has worked extensively in managing kitchens for four and five star hotels, restaurants and banquet facilities. Prior to Black Point Inn, Hynes served as the Executive Chef at the Spruce Point Inn in Boothbay, Maine and worked at high-end resort destinations such as the Chatham Bars Inn in Cape Cod and the Palm Beach Country Club and The Breaker’s Hotel in Florida
