The Man Cave — Don’t miss this unique experience! Cave dwellers can sample galore and learn about the art of brewing and grilling from the masters! A grilling stage will provide both entertainment and education from some of the best local talent. Pick up some tips and ask some questions of the masters!

Grilling Demonstrations in the Man Cave:
12:15 – 12:45: World Harbor Sauces, makers of buccaneer grilling sauces and marinades, will take you places your taste buds have never been. World Harbor's Chef Garth will heat up the grilling stage with Hot Thai Barbequed Shrimp & Honey Mango Grilled Kielbasa!
1:00 – 1:30: Learn how real Lobster Men prepare their catch with the Ready Brothers from Catch A Piece of Maine.
1:45 – 2:15: You don’t have to be from Texas to create award winning Barbecue, DennyMike's lets you in on the secret with some ribs recipes that will make you sing.
2:30 – 3:00: Join comedian Mike Petit, host and creator of the reality show “Grill Seekers,” as he and Chef “Big Grill Johnny” showcase the grilling rituals of Maine’s food fanatics. Mike and “Big Grill” will show you how to fire up the perfect Fenway Frank with Man Cave sponsor Kayem Foods.

Down East Magazine presents “A Taste of Maine” – Offering some of the state’s best culinary experiences to locals and those “from away.” Down East, known as “The Magazine of Maine,” will present a diverse and delightful array of exhibitors from the Maine wines and cheeses to Maine seafood.
Harvest Haute Couture Gallery – “Harvest-themed” art installation by Meredith Alex, nationally acclaimed fashion designer, will bring a level of New York haute couture fashion to the Ocean Gateway Pier. The food and harvest themed gowns will be displayed by models in the Harvest Haute Couture Gallery. You may actually hear, over a sip of wine with your friends, the following question: “Are those mussel shells on the trim of that dress?”

2:15 – 2:45: “Mad Hungry” with Lucinda Scala Quinn – Feeding Men and Boys - Recipes, Strategies and Survival Techniques.
3:15 – 3:45: “Cooking What You Grow” with Justin Nichols, Horticulturist and keeper of the Burpee Kitchen Garden, and Barbara Cary, Chef and Manager of the Kitchen Garden Café, both of the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
