A former apprentice of England’s legendary Neal’s Yard, Maniaci also discusses and shares the art of discovery, taste and pairing perfection. Maniaci is joined by cheesemaker Anne Tripp of Liberty Field Farms in Saco, Maine, the 1st place winner for Soft Ripened Cheeses Made from Goats Milk at the 2008 American Cheese Society awards.
