Discover how to select the right wines, how to read labels, and identify flavors, grapes and regions. Improve your wine tasting skills, become more knowledgeable on food and wine pairing, and be able to select the right wine for your occasion and budget.
Wine expert Tom Hansen and author Tilar Mazzeo pair up to offer an hour-and-a-half crash-course in wine comprehension. They will start with the basics of how to approach wine, discuss how to pair food and wine, talk about ordering bottles in restaurants... you'll even learn how to host a wine tasting party! They'll cover special occasion/holiday wines, reds, whites, and sparkling, and you'll have the opportunity to taste many along the way.
