Four Maine chefs, chosen by a distinguished panel of judges, prepare succulent lobster dishes as they compete for the title of Maine Lobster Chef of the Year. Presented by the Maine Lobster Promotion Council, this favorite annual event will surely satisfy your crustacean cravings! Expertly paired wines designed to bring out the flavors of the lobster dishes will be presented, along with a spectacular dessert.
